Competências Digitais Docentes na era Pós-Pandemia

O presente artigo de revisão sistemática tem como objetivo analisar as competências digitais docentes na era pós-pandemia, identificando oportunidades, desafios e lacunas no desenvolvimento de habilidades tecnológicas e pedagógicas em contextos de educação superior e educação básica. Foi aplicada a metodologia PRISMA 2020 para garantir a transparência e a replicabilidade do estudo, realizando uma busca exaustiva em bases de dados acadêmicas (Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, Google Scholar e SciELO) entre os anos de 2020 e 2024. Foram selecionados estudos que abordaram competências digitais docentes, integração tecnológica, formação de professores e experiências pós-COVID-19, avaliando sua qualidade por meio de critérios de inclusão e exclusão e categorizando os achados em dimensões analíticas chave. Os resultados evidenciam que a pandemia acelerou a adoção de ferramentas digitais, mas também revelou lacunas significativas em capacitação, infraestrutura e alfabetização digital. Destaca-se a necessidade de uma abordagem integrada que combine conhecimentos tecnológicos, pedagógicos e contextuais (TPACK), bem como estratégias de formação contínua, políticas institucionais e apoio técnico. Em síntese, o estudo conclui que o fortalecimento das competências digitais docentes é essencial para garantir uma educação inclusiva, resiliente e de qualidade na era pós-pandemia.
