Adicção Digital em Adolescentes

O presente artigo de revisão tem como objetivo analisar e sistematizar a produção científica recente sobre a adicção digital em adolescentes, com o propósito de identificar seus principais enfoques conceituais, fatores de risco e proteção, consequências psicossociais e acadêmicas, bem como estratégias de prevenção e intervenção propostas na literatura especializada. Para isso, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura seguindo os lineamentos da metodologia PRISMA, que incluiu a busca, seleção e análise de artigos científicos publicados entre 2010 e 2023 em bases de dados acadêmicas internacionais e regionais. A análise dos dados foi conduzida por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa e análise temática, organizando os achados em categorias analíticas. Os resultados evidenciam que a adicção digital em adolescentes é um fenômeno multidimensional, influenciado por fatores individuais, familiares, educacionais e socioculturais, e associado a consequências negativas para o bem-estar psicológico, as relações sociais e o desempenho acadêmico. Destaca-se, ainda, a relevância de estratégias preventivas integradas, centradas na alfabetização digital, na regulação emocional e na promoção do bem-estar digital. Conclui-se que é necessário adotar abordagens educacionais e psicossociais baseadas em evidências para promover um uso saudável da tecnologia na adolescência.
