Resumen

El presente artículo de revisión tiene como objetivo analizar el papel de la educación emprendedora en el fortalecimiento del emprendimiento juvenil, identificando enfoques conceptuales, modelos pedagógicos, competencias desarrolladas y desafíos para su implementación en los sistemas educativos contemporáneos. La investigación se desarrolló mediante una revisión sistemática de la literatura siguiendo la metodología PRISMA, lo que permitió localizar, seleccionar y analizar estudios científicos publicados entre 2010 y 2025 en bases de datos académicas internacionales. Se aplicaron criterios de inclusión relacionados con calidad metodológica, pertinencia temática y revisión por pares, organizando la información en categorías de análisis previamente definidas. Los hallazgos evidencian que la educación emprendedora favorece el desarrollo de competencias clave como la creatividad, la autonomía, la resiliencia y la innovación, mejorando la empleabilidad juvenil y su capacidad de generar iniciativas económicas y sociales. No obstante, persisten desafíos asociados a la rigidez curricular, la formación docente y la necesidad de articular ecosistemas educativos con el entorno productivo para lograr un impacto sostenible.
