Innovación Educativa como Ventaja Competitiva

El presente artículo de revisión tiene como objetivo analizar la innovación educativa como ventaja competitiva en las instituciones de educación superior, identificando sus fundamentos teóricos, dimensiones estratégicas y efectos en la calidad académica, la sostenibilidad institucional y el posicionamiento organizacional. La investigación se desarrolló bajo la metodología PRISMA 2020, mediante la búsqueda sistemática, selección y análisis de literatura científica publicada en bases de datos académicas internacionales. Se aplicaron criterios de inclusión y exclusión previamente definidos, y los estudios seleccionados fueron organizados en cinco categorías analíticas: fundamentos conceptuales de la innovación educativa; innovación pedagógica y transformación curricular; liderazgo y gestión estratégica; transformación digital y tecnologías emergentes; e impacto en la competitividad y sostenibilidad institucional. Los principales hallazgos evidencian que la innovación educativa, cuando se integra de manera estratégica en la cultura organizacional, fortalece las capacidades dinámicas institucionales, mejora la calidad de los aprendizajes y contribuye al posicionamiento competitivo. Se destaca que el liderazgo transformacional, la gestión del cambio y la articulación entre tecnología y pedagogía constituyen factores críticos para consolidar ventajas sostenibles en entornos educativos altamente competitivos.
