Liderazgo Educativo y Gestión Institucional

El presente artículo de revisión tiene como objetivo analizar de manera sistemática la producción científica sobre el liderazgo educativo y su incidencia en la gestión institucional, considerando sus implicancias en la mejora organizacional, la calidad educativa y el desempeño de las comunidades escolares. La metodología se desarrolló bajo el enfoque de revisión sistemática siguiendo los lineamientos del método PRISMA, mediante la identificación, selección y análisis crítico de estudios empíricos y teóricos publicados entre 2010 y 2025 en bases de datos académicas internacionales como Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC y SciELO. Los criterios de inclusión consideraron investigaciones relacionadas con modelos de liderazgo, prácticas directivas, gestión institucional y resultados. Los hallazgos evidencian que el liderazgo, especialmente en sus enfoques transformacional, pedagógico y distribuido, desempeña un papel estratégico en la consolidación de culturas organizacionales colaborativas, el fortalecimiento de la gestión escolar y la mejora de los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Se identifican desafíos vinculados a la formación directiva, la toma de decisiones contextualizadas y la sostenibilidad de los procesos de mejora institucional. Se concluye que el liderazgo constituye un factor clave para la gestión institucional eficaz y el desarrollo integral de las organizaciones educativas.
