Bem-Estar Psicológico em Docentes

Resumen

O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar e sistematizar a produção científica sobre o bem-estar psicológico em docentes, integrando literatura recente e referências teóricas fundacionais da área, com a finalidade de identificar suas principais conceitualizações, modelos teóricos, fatores associados, problemáticas recorrentes e contribuições para a prática educativa e as políticas públicas. Para isso, foi desenvolvida uma revisão narrativa da literatura, que incluiu a busca e a análise de artigos científicos publicados em bases de dados acadêmicas internacionais e regionais. O processo foi conduzido por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa e análise temática, organizando os achados em categorias analíticas previamente definidas. Os resultados evidenciam que o bem-estar psicológico docente é concebido como um construto multidimensional de natureza eudaimônica, estreitamente vinculado ao propósito profissional, ao desenvolvimento pessoal e ao equilíbrio entre demandas laborais e recursos individuais e institucionais. Além disso, identificam-se fatores protetores como a autoeficácia, e resiliência, o apoio social e a autonomia pedagógica, juntamente com problemáticas persistentes relacionadas ao estresse laboral e ao burnout. Conclui-se que a promoção do bem-estar psicológico docente constitui um elemento-chave para a qualidade educacional e a sustentabilidade dos sistemas educativos.
